TREATMENT OF COVID19 IS NOTHING BUT THE POSITIVE APPROACH OF SELF-DEALING WITH THE DISEASE

It is a different world today we are living in.

Everything has come up unplanned and we were not ready for this unpredictable situation which has arisen. We have not imagined of social distancing or remote closeness with our relations.

COVID 19 has created not only social distancing but also panic in the society. Words like ‘Pandemic’ or ‘Epidemic’ when widely spread it become the matter of serious threat to the mankind. It became more worsen when you heard someone close to you is being affected by it, and gradually the patient is losing enthusiasm over the time when the complication arises or recovery process is slow than expectations.

Here as a friend of patient our duty starts to support emotionally and mentally to help fighting against the COVID19. The person close to the patient should keep encouraging by diverting the thoughts of negativity and telling the stories of the people getting recover faster by the disease.

Every patient has different way of receiving positive energies. We need to help them think and talk of the things they want to do. Discuss the hobbies and moments of their successes in life, and make them feel them, “What matter to them” instead of asking them “What is the matter with them?” And again when the patient thinks that he or she cannot fight longer, or at the verge of giving up, help them realize feeling better with the positive statements like “today you are looking more better than before” or your rate of improvement is better than others.”

Don’t let anyone talk to him who has negative vibes or discouraging by nature. Personal discouragement is the fastest way of losing motivation. If patient is not feeling the progressive recovery h or she may hurt and loose hope. At this point of time we need to help them feel better. Help them keep busy in any activity as when patient continues to keep busy in any sort of activity he may automatically recover faster and this will encourage him to come out of the edge of danger.

The more he or she talks the more state of isolation breaks and they feels better. We have to break the state of isolation by creating positive atmosphere all around him and keep him away of the news and negative people around.

State of isolation, if not broken, it breaks the patient into parts and here the negativity starts. We have seen in different countries the different ways of diverting their mental approach. Somewhere it is seen clapping, other parts of the world singing, dancing and chanting religious hymns. In our country we have seen people celebrating in different ways – These are the different approaches of minimizing the panic of pandemic and diverting thoughts to positivity.

If patient is successful in breaking self-isolation stage, half of the battle is won. Rest half of the battle can be won with the positive approach.

Treatment of COVID19 is nothing but the positive approach of self-dealing with the disease. If we realize that this disease cannot do anything and our body has sufficient energy to put down this disease we are the winner. In short patient himself is his doctor, who if treat himself with medicine of positivity, become the healer of his own.
