Who wins the battle – Law or society

Surya Surya @Legal Mind Oct 08, 2022, 16:16 IST

The legal machinery system is a set of rules which are in the nature of calming and controlling the society. Thus, it acts as a protective barrier in bringing up a social revolution. Peace and harmony become a contracting party in the absence of law. Society as a whole comprise of people from different strata, background, culture, thus entitled our country as a diversified one.

Here the role rests with the hands of dominant people to run the society even discarding the minority views and opinions. But the scenario has drifted to a large extent into the field of heinous crimes, rape, corruption, drug abuse, various discriminations etc.

Thus, the sole responsibility rest upon the individuals like us to abide the law of land. At the very moment we become the right citizens in running the society, and the end result is, we are creating a nation with the drafters of Indian Constitution.

Equality before the law, equal recognition, directive principles of state policy etc., are the major set up of our Legal system. We the people of our nation should not forget about our fundamental rights as they have to be claimed at right time and at right place.

“Let our voice speak as envisaged by our Indian constitution as they have guaranteed us with the fundamental rights and duties”.

In my opinion our entire society has to be changed with the laws and rules which are already enforced. In order to keep their co -relation and existence, proper care and acceptance must be given accordingly.

After long decades of battle, our society has revolutionized with the law. Citizens started to abide the law of land and rest human category are still in a dilemma whether to take up or not. Before the Honorable Court and Lady justice the innocent wins the battle and offender will be titled as non -observer of law.

As pronounced always- “1000 culprits can escape, but, one innocent person should not be punished.”
