Many people have migraines. Migraine is a headache with pain or unbearable pain starting from one side of the head and spreading to the whole head. Some also have a mild fever. Migraine pains that last for several days make the body sluggish. As winter falls, colds, colds and fevers keep coming from home. If this is added to the pain of migraine, then it becomes more unbearable.

According to experts, there are many daily habits that increase the incidence of this pain. For this reason, it is important to change some habits to reduce migraine pain. Irregular

sleep : At least 7 to 8 hours of sleep is required every day. If you can’t sleep at least 6 hours. Control the habit of watching web series, mobile at night.

sugar: Avoid foods that have excess sugar. Increased blood sugar increases the risk of migraine pain. Eat something sweet, but in moderation.

Keeping an empty stomach : If you don’t eat for a long time, gastric irritation starts. There is no pair of gastric to pull the migraine. So stomach should not be kept empty to avoid gastric. Always keep dry food close at hand.

Coffee habit : If you have a habit of drinking coffee, do not stop it suddenly. A study by the World Health Organization found that suddenly stopping the presence of caffeine in patients increases the problem of migraines. For this reason, if you want to quit coffee, quit slowly. Talk to a nutritionist if needed.

Constantly looking at the computer: Work in front of the computer continuously in the office? Migraines will worsen if you don’t take occasional breaks. Bring a little water to the eyes and mouth in between the work. Get up from your seat occasionally and walk around.
