Who ever imagined that a nation would be directly under the control of a terrorist organisation and the world would do nothing about it.Yes you guessed it right I am talking about the takeover of Afghanistan by Taliban.
The Americans left Afghanistan and Joe Biden defended his decision to withdraw the forces so quickly as if they had nothing to do with Afghanistan and it’s people.The same America who claims to be the savior of human rights just sold a nation in the hands of terrorists.
They didn’t even take the people who worked with them against the Taliban along with them and daily mass killings of govt officials , interpreters who worked with American forces are taking place.The withdrawal of the American forces has made the world a more unsafe place for everyone.Its not the first time America has destroyed a nation and wherever America goes in the name of protecting human rights it has caused nothing but destruction.Its the same America who gave the birth to the isis one of the most feared terrorist groups.
The withdrawal of forces have caused a major shift of power in Asia.Pakistan is the creator of Taliban and wants to use is to spread terrorism in Kashmir and is asking for the international community to recognise taliban.But be careful of what you plant for other it might come and bite you back.
General Bajwa had recently told the Pakistani parliament that the teherek e Taliban and the Afghanistan Taliban are the same thing and its the same Taliban that killed hundreds of children of army public school in Pakistan.On the other hand diplomacy in this issue for a nation like india is very important as india must make sure that Pakistan does not use Taliban to spread terrorism in Kashmir and also India had invested a lot of money in Afghanistan and it must work a way out to raise the issue of Afghanistan on international stage and a same time make talks with the Taliban.
China has seized an opening and wants to make huge profits by starting it’s projects in Afghanistan in its quest to become the world’s superpower.Leaving the financial matter aside my heart goes out for the Afghani women who would be denied their basic rights under the Taliban regime.Taliban may portray that it has changed and it would give women their rights but everyone knows that they are animals and consider women as inferior.Hope the international community takes stand on this and God bless Afghanistan.
