Have you ever thought! Why can’t we get good skin? #nogoodskin #why #tantrums

Have you ever thought about why we cannot get good skin even if we have tried every method in the whole wide universe?

From home remedies to chemical peels, from bloggers to dermatologists, running here there we tried every method but getting a good skin is still out of sight. It’s because of our lifestyle, our environment and our stress.

No one in this world can avoid stress by 100%. Similarly, the way our environment is degrading day by day is also a major cause of our skin problem. And lastly, our lifestyle which is no sleep, lots of work,  no timely food, junk and alcohols; all have their share impact on our skin and body.

Yes, people do exists which have a perfect lifestyle, less stress and stay in a good environment and still, they have bad skin. On the other hand, people do everything against skin culture and they have good skin. It’s all with genetics and products they use and foods their body accepts.

For example, I don’t drink but because of my lifestyle, my stress and my environment I have very bad skin; which I try to cope up and I fail sometimes and I succeed sometimes. Good skin and I play hide and seek till now and will play in future I hope.

But in this hide and seek game, I have found some basic common reasons about “why skin is showing tantrums?”

1.      No Exercise
We need to implement exercise in your daily routine on a regular basis. Walking, jogging or any physical exercise which you like and can opt-in your morning sessions. Even you can opt for a gym but remember vigorous workout in the gym can put a negative effect on acne and pimples. So check your body, check your acne, then start your routine.

2.      Wrong beauty and skin products
Recheck your beauty and skin products. Because sometimes the products are the main cause of your acne and we revolve and circle around the areas which are of least concern to our skin.

3.      Less Sleep
This is the most underrated thing which we neglect to a greater extent because of our lifestyle. At least sleep for 6-7 hours minimum at night. Sleeping more can also cause the altered effect on our body.

4.      Not changing pillow covers regularly
Once in a week change your pillow covers. Our pillow covers contain a lot of germs which affect our skin. So it’s better to change it every two to three days or once in a week at max.

5.      Misleading home remedies
Sometimes, home remedies which we apply without gaining the basic information can harm our skin at a greater extent that it is impossible to recover it. I am not saying home remedies are bad. I do prefer them over medicines and I do use them. But as every person is different similarly their skins are; so before using any remedies prefer a patch test and thorough background research. Remember it is our skin.

6.      The Dark patches
These are the most irritating thing I have noticed in my whole life. They come without invitation and does not go also. These can be formed mostly in winters around our chin, corner of the nose, at our face contour part and around our smile lines. These dark patches are formed due to flaky skin or dry skin and mostly at the time of winters. So the best way to avoid them is just heavy moisturize your face daily and wash your face with lukewarm water. Chill and hot water can irritate your skin to an extreme extent and my skin is the proof of it.

7.      Food
Oily foods, spicy foods, junk foods, allergen foods or healthy foods. No food can help you with acne to in short to your skin. Yup, it’s true. If you have acne, you can prefer healthy food. And oily food, junk food and spicy food work as petrol to our acne. But there is no evidence where it is said any type of food can cause acne, they can trigger acne or unhealthy skin.

Allergen foods can affect our skin, so do an allergic test from any diagnosis center to know whether you have any allergies towards particular food which may cause your skin to be unhealthy.

8.      Hormonal acne
There is no treatment of hormonal acne. They cannot be cured. As the period comes, they will pay you a visit also sooner or later. The stubborn marks will stay. As time pass by with precautions they will fade away. Through some right precautions, you can reduce the effect of your periods on your face.

Precautions or treatments will be explained in an upcoming article. Though some are already described. Good skin is a boon to our body. But to get it we need a lot of hard, hard and hard work.  Even after that we may or may not achieve it. But losing patience is not a good sign too.

As saying goes, ‘Be Patient, Good thing take time.’
