Andhra man found dead in Texas, suicide suspected
A man from Gudivada city of Andhra Pradesh's Krishna district was found dead in Texas, in the US, a day after he went missing. Authorities said it seemed to be a case of suicide. Kolli Abhishek was last seen Saturday in Princeton. After his disappearance, law enforcement authorities, along with community members, launched a search operation. His body was discovered the next day.
Abhishek, married for a year, was living with his wife in Phoenix before moving to Princeton. His brother Aravind said Abhishek was unemployed for the past six months and was battling financial difficulties. Aravind launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for Abhishek's funeral and transportation of his body to India. In less than 10 hours, the fundraiser received over $18,000 in donations. "We want to honour his memory with dignity, without the shadow of financial worry hanging over us," Aravind wrote in the campaign, expressing gratitude for the support.
The Telugu community in the US has rallied behind Abhishek's family, offering financial and emotional support. Local groups have stepped in to help with arrangements.

Why wait to support in death!. Why don't the Indian community have supports systems in place to help people who maybe going through emotional crisis. Maybe we can have a network across the US administered by respected temple administrators. We don't too many cooks because there will be too many dissenting views. We should take a page from some Christian groups who let people know about jobs etc. We need to network, network, network. . Read allPost comment
