MUMBAI: Olympian Neha Aggarwal, who skipped the recently-concluded Pro Tour Indian Open in Indore because of her college exams, will not be travelling to Yokohama (Japan) for the World Table Tennis Championships from April 28-May 5.
The 19-year-old Delhi paddler, a BA second year student at St Stephen's College, said it was unfortunate that her exams clashed with two important events.
"I had missed the internal exams in January to compete in the senior nationals and my college rescheduled the papers during the Indian Open. Now, I'm preparing for my annual exams (April 11-May 4) and I'll be missing the Worlds."
