Reliance LYF Wind 6 and Flame 1 VoLTE budget phones announced

NEW DELHI: Reliance Retail has announced the launch of its entry level 4G smartphones- LYF Wind 6 and LYF Flame 1. Both the devices support VoLTE and VoWiFi and will be priced under Rs 7000.

The Wind 6 and Flame 1 offers HD-quality voice and video calls along with multi-party voice and video conferencing and Wi-Fi calling. The smartphones also allow switching of a call from the service provider’s network to any available WiFi network.

The LYF Flame 1 offers 4.5-inch display while the Wind 6 comes with a 5-inch screen. The Flame 1 will be available in White, Dark Red and Dark Blue colour options. It is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with Adreno 304 GPU, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory with support for microSD cards of up to 32GB. It is dual SIM smartphone are supports micro SIM cards.

Backed by a 2,000mAh battery, the Flame 1 has a 5MP A/F rear camera with Led Flash and 5MP selfie camera. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

On the other hand, the Wind 6 features a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display and will be available in Black, White and Gold colour options. It is powered by a 2,250mAh battery. Other specs are similar to the smaller Flame 1.
