Lenovo ZUK Z1 smartphone launched in India: Price, specifications & features

NEW DELHI: Lenovo is bringing its ZUK sub-brand in India with the launch of ZUK Z1 smartphone in the country. Dubbed Lenovo ZUK Z1, the handset is priced at Rs 13,499 and will be exclusively available on Amazon. The registrations for the smartphone will begin from May 10 onwards (starting at 1pm).

The smartphone has a 5.5-inch Full HD display and comes with a metal frame body. Zuk Z1 runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS and is powered by a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with 3GB of RAM and 64GB on-board storage.


The smartphone also has a fingerprint scanner integrated with the home button.

As for the photos, the Z1 has a 13MP rear camera with LED Flash and an 8MP front-facing snapper. The smartphone is 4G capable, and is backed by a 4,100 mAh battery.


Recently, Lenovo started rolling out Android Marshmallow update to its Vibe S1 smartphone in India. Moreover, the company has already rolled out Android Marshmallow update for A7000, K3 Note, and Vibe P1 smartphones in the country.
