NEW DELHI: The third Mahindra Scorpio Times of India Sports Awards (TOISA) powered by All-Out, is India's first and largest multi discipline people's choice sports awards. TOISA is a platform created by the Times Group to recognise and reward Indian sporting talent and achievements on a global scale and will be held soon to honour the lion hearts who have done the country proud.

Ahead of the 2018 TOISA to be held on February 26, here's a recap of the how these stars of the Pro Kabaddi League fared last year.

PARDEEP NARWAL

Helped Patna Pirates win the Pro Kabaddi League title for the third year in a row, with stupendous performances. His achievements included: most points (369), raid points (369), successful raid (271), super raids (18), super 10s (19), most points in a single season, most points in a match (34), most points in a half (25), most players taken out in a single raid (6), most points in a final (19) and most consecutive Super 10s in a season (8). Narwal almost single-handedly carried Patna Pirates to the final with dominating performances and was named MVP for the second year in a row.

SURENDER NADA

The Haryana Steelers player was the top defender of PKL 5 with 80 tackle points in 21 matches.

Nada also achieved the most successful tackles (74) and High5s (9).

ROHIT KUMAR

The Bengaluru Bulls captain finished as the second most successful player of PKL 5 with 231 points.

In addition, Rohit also scored 12 Super 10s. His 30 raid points in a single game came this season, which is the most in PKL history.
