Banff National Park, Alberta

Canada's first national park that is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This national park boasts spectacular rock terrain that has glaciers, green forests, and alpine meadows. One can see the glacial lakes such as Lake Louise and Moraine Lake in this park. This park also features hot springs, vistas, and hiking trails. The wildlife that can be seen here include bears, elk, bighorn sheep, moose, and more than hundreds of species of birds. It is ideal for nature enthusiasts, outdoor enthusiasts, and photographers. The mountains and glacial lakes with scenic views as well as hiking and skiing activities can be enjoyed.

Niagara Falls, Ontario

One of the globe's most popular spots, which is situated on the border of Canada and America. This fall includes other spots as well such as the Horseshoe Falls, the Skylon Tower, and the Fallsview Casino. Tourists can go for boat rides or view the stunning Niagara Falls from the viewing platform and also visit the seasonal fireworks. There is also a number of hotels and observation towers here that have views over waterfalls and the parkland.

Old Quebec (Vieux-Quebec), Quebec

A UNESCO World Heritage Site, a historic district of Quebec City, and includes the Upper Town and Lower Town. It has plenty of commercial streets, colonial architecture, and plenty of other attractions like Quebec City Hall (Hôtel de Ville), the Séminaire de Québec, the Ursulines Convent, and the Augustinian Monastery. People can walk through the historic old town and gain insight into the colonial history. The area is vibrant with cafes, shops, museums, and activities that showcase French-Canadian culture.

Jasper National Park, Alberta

The national park in Alberta is the largest national park and is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park features glaciers of the Columbia Icefield, springs, lakes, waterfalls, and mountains. The park has approximately 50 species of mammals, and it has plenty of country trails. One can also engage in numerous activities in the park like hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and kayaking. This park offers a less crowded experience with more tranquility and wonderful natural scenery.

Canada's second largest city, famous for its rich culture, festivals, and old neighborhoods like Old Montreal.
