Monsoon Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Therapy

The Kerala monsoon brings traditional Karkidaka Chikitsa to the center stage, an Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy. The climatic conditions of this time, particularly July and August, are found to be most favorable for Panchakarma, a five-fold detoxifying therapy eliminating toxins from the system.
