Blue Ribbons represented solidarity with the world's refugee population of Ukraine. Celebrities were supporting UNHRC (UN Refugee Agency) campaign that provide help to refugees and asylum seekers.

The refugees and asylum seekers of Ukraine and other countries as well are forced to flee from their country and hence they need support and help. UNHRC helps them find a safe haven.
