Super Speaker - A Reality Show With A Real Mission

India’s leading training platform for personal and professional development, Success Gyan has given reality shows a new, fresh meaning with Super Speaker - a show to discover India’s next big speaker. The second season of Super Speaker just concluded last weekend with Success Gyan crowning Uday Iyer as the winner.

Unlike most reality tv shows Super Speaker is a delight for both viewers and participants. Season 2 started with a record-breaking two lakh plus applications coming in from all over India. It was a tough competition, with 1000 participants making it to round 2 on Independence Day 2022, but only the top 250 made it to the next round. During this period, Success Gyan achieved a remarkable feat by winning a Guinness Book World Record for having the maximum number of people stating its mission statement in one hour on Teacher's Day, September 5, 2022.

Nearly 1700 individuals participated in this record-breaking event, posting videos on Instagram expressing their desire to make India the training capital of the world. The Super 250 then participated in a fun event called The Inspirathon. During this event, ten world-renowned trainers and the Super 250 narrated an inspiring story, captivating the audience for 8 continuous hours on October 30th. From this talented group, the final ten were selected namely Ambili Menon, Raman Singh, Pooja S, Uday Iyer, Riddhi Deorah, Varun Rawal, Arjumand Abdullah, Nitin Nair, Captain Ritukumar Singh and Sarthak Shankar; they competed against each other in various challenges, such as impromptu speeches, and inspiring talks, to determine the ultimate champion.

Participants were offered real training by world-class expert trainers to hone their skills. The experience was truly transformative for all participants, not just the winner. Super Speaker holds no bias and is an equal opportunity platform to find India’s real hidden gems! The story of 50-year-old Uday Iyer is inspiring for all! The cool Pune-based communication coach won the jury’s hearts and the Super Speaker title with his unique personality, oratory skills and of course his beard. Each of the finalists was rewarded with scholarships worth INR 3.5 lakhs to further develop their training skills and become world-class trainers.
