Darshana Banik is busy shooting in Arunachal Pradesh for her upcoming film

Darshana Banik debuted with Ashche Abar Shabor in 2018 and has turned into one of the most popular faces on screen since then. With multiple commercial successes like Laboratory, Byomkesh and Shororipu 2: Jotugriho in her bag, she is now busy shooting for her upcoming film Ke Prothom Kachhe Eshechhi in Arunachal Pradesh now. Directed by Shiladitya Moulik, Darshana will be seen along with actors Vikram Chatterjee and Madhumita Sircar in the film.
“My upcoming film revolves around a fresh love story that will be shot across parts of Arunachal Pradesh and Kolkata. As far as I know, this is the first of its kind Bengali film to be shot in the far eastern state of India. This is the first time I’m working with Vikram and Madhumita. We are enjoying a lot as everyone in the team is pretty young, and we’ve bonded with each other well,” shares Darshana.
Talking about her character, the model turned actress says, “I’ll be seen stepping into the shoes of a character named Diya, and the film will trace four different phases of her life throughout the film.”
