Material Required: Watercolor cakes, round brush, water color sheet (A3 size), and a water container.
1. Take the A3 paper and taking the round brush fill it up with some water and then add some to the watercolors. Use equal concentration of paint and water to get best results!
2. To make the loose roses, make some ‘C’ shaped stokes (see picture). Make another opposite to it and then on the top and bottom. Once you see it developing, add some water to the outer most strokes. Spread the color with water in a round shape. Repeat this method and make as many flowers as you would like!
3. Then add on some leaves using Green. Use the tip of the brush to create the stems and add the leaves by using pressure on the brush and slowly withdrawing while using the tip as it ends, to give the shape.
4. To do the lettering, first write the word using a guiding line. Once written, double the lines where the lines of the alphabets go down. These are called ‘down-strokes’. Once you double them, then darken the down strokes and add some extensions!
5. Now for the most important part, finish the card by writing a message for your dad on the other side.
