Akhir Chandigarh hai kiska?

Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar recently opened a long standing debate on Chandigarh belonging to Haryana, and not Punjab. He referred to Punjab as Haryana's "elder brother" and suggested that the problems prevailing in Haryana will be resolved if Chandigarh becomes its capital. "If in 1966, we had decided on two different capitals then we wouldn't have to argue on this now. Punjab is developing New Chandigarh, so if they make it their new capital and let us take Chandigarh, then this problem will be solved itself," said Khattar during a TOI event in city recently.
