1/9

Seek inner tranquility with meditation

Self reflection and regular meditation can calm your mind, leading to less anxiety, you will think clearly and evolve more. Focus on your breathing, take some time out for yourself and try to connect with yourself at the present moment.

2/9

Confiding with divine powers

When you place your trust in a high power, supreme authority. You start to accept that whatever happens, happens for a reason. It can bring you solace in knowing that the events unfold as they have to. This realisation does not mean giving up but rather acknowledging that we are a part of a larger cosmic plan.

3/9

Perform your duties without expecting anything in return

Lord Krishna advises focusing on one’s karma and responsibilities without being concerned with the outcome. This mindset can help you achieve peace and self-satisfaction. When we learn to give our best without obsessing over the results, we free ourselves from self-inflicted pressure.

4/9

Act in present, do not let your desires weigh you down

Our mind is an ultimate force; it can either push us forward or hold us back. To regain focus, always divert yourself towards Bhagavad Gita, the ultimate bundle of knowledge.

5/9

Understand the volatile nature of life

Try and understand that all situations in life are temporary, recognising this will help coping up with upcoming challenges. Krishna reminds us that in life, everything is temporary, even joy. We need to understand the impermanent nature of life to enjoy ourselves to the fullest.

6/9

Maintain composure in success and failure

Treat your success and failure alike, it will help you attain emotional stability and reduce the emotional conflict. Whether we achieve success or encounter failure our inner peace should remain steady.

7/9

Master your emotions

Life can be a bit challenging. It is important to address your anger issues. Sometimes even a minor inconvenience can make you feel angry, it can take a toll on your logical thinking which will affect your decision making skills. Take deep breaths, stay away from heated situations and practice mindfulness to master your emotions.

8/9

Believe in what you do

Lord Krishna says; whatever is done without faith even if it is a sacrifice, a charity or any act, if not done with full faith is useless. It will have no value here or hereafter. You need to have full conviction in your actions; they are our drivers. To strengthen the purpose behind what we are doing, have trust. That will make it more authentic.

9/9

Have determination to achieve anything

Fear is a strong driver; many people lose precious chances in life due to the fear they are surrounded by. From personal to professional, fear is always with us.

Lord Krishna says; “Fear not what is not real, never was and never will be. What is real, always was and cannot be destroyed.” to beat your fear, remind yourself, often what you see is not based on reality.
