Gratitude to God

According to Sister Shivani, the first thing in the morning one should do is to extend gratitude to the supreme power or God for a healthy and peaceful beginning of the day. She says that it is the first thing one should do after waking up in the morning, but, sadly, these days we begin the day with a phone and let all the negative vibes and energy of others rule over the house. Hence, one should stop the practice of using the phone as the first thing in the morning, rather extend gratitude to the universe.

2/8

Thank your body and mind

Next is to thank the body and mind that keeps us sane and makes us do all the activities throughout the day. We often forget that it's the mind and body that keeps us performing all the activities throughout the day, so it is important to thank it for making us efficient enough in performing all the daily tasks.

3/8

Thank people around you

Whether people treat you right or not, it is important to be thankful to people around you. It not just helps improve your energy, it also helps decrease the differences. Whether they treat you right or not, be always humble and full of gratitude to others and thank them for being themselves.

4/8

Say thanks to nature

No matter how we treat nature, it still helps us with air to breathe, sunlight to see, and darkness to relax. So, next is to thank nature for giving it all that makes the day complete and help nourish the body.

5/8

Source of income

Workplace politics drain out our energy and overload at work also makes us irritated, but what er forget is that the place is our source of livelihood, which makes us run our house and its basic expenses, so it is important to say thank you to your workplace, as its your source of income. Remember, being thankful and extending gratitude to your workplace, helps bring in more prosperity and happiness in life.

6/8

Thanks to the materialistic world

We often think that what's the purpose of thanking the non-living things like a bed or sofa? But in Sister Shivani's opinion, being thankful to them or extending gratitude helps them to be in sync with our comfort and need, and instead of creating problems, they facilitate comfort and care in our life.

7/8

Be thankful for time

We often question time and say, "Samay acha nahi chal raha". In Sister Shivani's opinion, it's not about time, but about your karmic cycle, so let the phase pass through. She also suggests avoiding the practice of saying, "I don't have time" and "My time is not good". Rather always say I always have time and my time is always good and let the prosperity spread in your life.

Understanding the power of gratitude

Gratitude is not just a word; it is the world in itself, states BK Sister Shivani. In her YouTube video Daily 7 Gratitude Thoughts For Wellness and Wealth, she explained the importance and power of gratitude, how it helps shape our lives, and how it can bring in a lot of positivity and abundance. The video post reads, "Are we nurturing a mindset of gratitude in the atmosphere we create at home, or are we unknowingly carrying the fragrance of complaint? Have we truly allowed ourselves to be satisfied with what we have, or do we keep seeking more without pause? Have we cultivated respect even for material things, recognizing their support? Are we mindful of how we speak about time and wealth—do our words radiate abundance and possibility, or deficiency and fear? How to invite abundance into our life? Discover insights as Sister BK Shivani explores this topic. Scroll down to learn about 7 daily gratitude thoughts that can bring in wellness and wealth in life.
