The post features a simple caption with just a red heart emoji. In the photo, the couple is seated on a blanket in a picturesque woodland setting. Middleton is seen laughing while Prince William kisses her cheek, both dressed in twinning grey outfits.

This image serves as a poignant reminder of the couple's hardest year. As per Hindustan Times, this picture is taken from a video released last September, where Kate Middleton revealed she had completed her chemotherapy treatment after her cancer diagnosis earlier in 2024. This moment is particularly significant as it marks her recovery journey.

This not the first time the Prince of Wales’ social media PDA. Earlier this year, on January 9, during Kate's 43rd birthday, Prince William expressed his admiration for her strength in a heartfelt message: "To the most incredible wife and mother. The strength you’ve shown over the last year has been remarkable. George, Charlotte, Louis and I are so proud of you. Happy Birthday, Catherine. We love you. W."

Apart from this, just days ago, on February 4, on the World Cancer Day, Kate shared an inspiring message alongside a touching photograph taken by their youngest son, Prince Louis. In this image, she stands in a tranquil woodland area, warmly dressed with her arms open wide. She captioned it with the encouraging words: “Don’t forget to nurture all that which lies beyond the disease,” signing it simply with ‘C’ for Catherine. The powerful photo was credited to her six-year-old son.

This Valentine's Day marks a significant milestone for William and Kate as it is believed to be the first time they have publicly celebrated the occasion together in this way. Their relationship has grown stronger over their more than 20 years together, having married in April 2011 after an eight-year courtship. The couple's journey has not been without challenges; the past year has been particularly tough due to Kate's health struggles. However, she announced her remission in January 2025, allowing them to focus on family life once more.
