A model friend has been dumped by her beau after three-and-a-half years of courtship. I think she is better off without him, but she is shattered.
He dated her because he was awestruck by her. She dated him because he was not connected to her ‘fake’ world. I am surprised they lasted this long. The length of their relationship probably had a lot to do with them living in two different cities.They barely met, so the ‘romance’ stayed alive. And now that the relationship is dead, she wants to die too. While I believe that the best way to get over a man is to get under another one, she’s doing the thing that girls with broken hearts do — crying and hiding. I want to give her a playlist of songs to make her believe that there is life after love.
