Avoid practicing these self destructive habits

These are those self-sabotaging habits that you develop knowingly and unknowingly as a coping mechanism to deal with your painful past experiences, ranging from emotional abuse to physical abuse. You need to remember that sometimes it’s only you yourself who is blocking your chance at a beautiful and successful life. You do so by continuing with your self-destructive habits. Overusing alcohol and drugs

If you claim you are a social drinker but by the time evening hits you see yourself emptying bottle after bottle then you need to stop and rethink. In this, you look past the negatives of a person only to be in their good books. It’s bad for your mental health in the long run because sooner or later you will start being resentful of such people and hate yourself more when you are not able to do anything about it.

4/7
