How to see your friend’s aura

  1. Ask your friend to sit in a room with soft light and plain but dark background. Make sure the shadows forming are very light too and there should be no spotlights.
  2. Relax, breathe deeply and then close your eyes.
  3. Open your eyes once relaxed and try to look past your friend, staring at a point past them. Fluctuate your gaze between the point and your friend and then let your eyes rest.
  4. Your brain will start noticing peripheral vision. Keep looking at the area around your friend gently and then you will start seeing the lights and colours.

Aura's - my Aura, taken with an Aura camera some 15 years ago was 90% Gold and 10% Purple and like the color charts here, Gold was not mentioned.I asked what gold meant and was told it was perfection, so unusual, that few people have it.I have decided over the years to try and achieve 100% Gold status before I die - I am 75 years old now, male and I am the person who suggests my salt water cure for Coronaviruses - much like your Yogi's did before they put themselves into a trance, but probably a much stronger solution - 1 heaped teaspoon full of Iodine salt, in a mug of clean water sniffed or snorted up the nose, keep doing morning, noon, night until no soreness is evident in the head = no Covid ever, blow out your nose when the soreness goes away (2-3 minutes).I don't know how many I have saved from vaccines, but it is a lot and perhaps, my Aura is closer to 100% than it was 15 years ago, so we all have a reason for doing whatever we do and this is mine - smile - I suspect that animals can see our Aura, which is probably why I have an affinity with all of them and they all come to love me. Peace to all of you, long life and be happy, we only have this one life and it is soon overRichard
