The couple belong to Kutch and they are settled in Mumbai. Shaila and Viren Merchant have two daughters-- Anjali Merchant Majithia and Radhika Merchant.

For the unversed, Viren Merchant is the founder and CEO of Encore Healthcare Ltd, which is a prominent pharmaceutical company in India. While Viren Merchant's net worth is approximately INR 775 crores, his company's net worth is said to be INR 2000 crores, as per a report by DNA.

The net worth of Radhika Merchant's parents is roughly INR 785 crores, as per reports. The Ambani 'Choti Bahu' Radhika and her sister Anjali Merchant Majithia are also part of the Board of Directors of Encore Healthcare Ltd.
