Body language signs to know someone’s personality

To know someone, they do not have to always speak and tell. There are certain gestures, signs made by the body involuntarily which help in determining the personality of the other. How interested is her or she in talking to you? Is the person judging you? Is he a follower or a leader? There are many such aspects which can be understood and help explore the Sherlock Holmes in you!

• If someone pinches his/her nose bridge, it means you are being evaluated in a negative way.
• Are the shoulders pushed back? This means that he/she is probably courageous and powerful.

• See someone touching her/his ears? It means that this individual is not very decisive.
• Is the head lowered when you are complimenting the person? If yes, then it means there is a lack in confidence and the individual is shy.

• Is he nodding while you are talking? Then he is interested in your conversation. However if there is too much nodding, then the interest is lost but probably does not want to be rude or hurt your sentiments.
• While using the hands, if the palms are upwards it shows that the person is open and vulnerable to you at that moment.

• If someone is pointing his or thumb at someone, it shows the lack of respect he or she has for them.
• Pointing your whole arm at someone is signalling control.

• If she is scratching her neck during a conversation and it is not a genuine itch, then she probably disagrees with you.
• If you see someone sitting, placing their hands on their knees and leaning forward, then that means that the person wants to leave.

• In case you notice someone looking into your eyes for too long and making you feel uncomfortable then it means he or she is lying while talking. If they are simply looking at you without blinking much then it means you are being analysed.
