We all lie at some point in our lives even if it is a white lie. So when we do feel unsure of what is being conveyed to us, the best thing is to cross question. However, if the liar gives other details, and there is a change in what was said earlier, you know it is a lie. Why? Because lying is very taxing to the brain and very few people are able to think quickly and then they falter.

During the process of lying, people tend to repeat their words or phrases. This can be a huge give away that there is a liar standing opposite you.

You must pay attention to the verbal cues to catch a liar.
