Shocking PDA stories…

Couples engaging in ‘Public Display of Affection’, more popularly known as PDA, is a common sight. Be it in malls or parks, pubs or public transport, it seems people in love are leaving no opportunities to keep their hands (and lips) away from each other. But it’s not always a mushy and memorable experience for them. Seven couples talk about their PDA experiences gone wrong:

I became a butt of jokes

“My best friend had organised a house party and everyone got pretty drunk. I ended up kissing the girl (obviously, it was out of consent!) I disliked since my school days. Now, my entire friend circle teases me about the incident.”

I got trolled

“I hate couples who incessantly keep on posting status and photographs of their partners. I hate to admit it that even my boyfriend and I used to do the same on Orkut every second day, and it used to irritate people in my friend list for all the obvious reasons. Once, he uploaded a romantic picture, and accompanied it with an idiotic poem on our PDA session. The result? We got trolled by our own friends.”

We got blackmailed

“We were in school at that time and were kissing at a secluded place. One of our seniors caught us and threatened to inform our parents if we did not give him 500 bucks. Somehow we arranged the money and stopped the issue from escalating!”

Kids caught us making out

“My boyfriend and I were making out in a park on a winter morning. Little did we know that a school had organised a picnic there. After 15 minutes of our love-making session, we realised that around 50 pairs of curious eyes were staring at us and we became a laughing stock. We immediately ran away from the place.”

The kiss I regret

“I was travelling abroad and visited a pub late night. I was drunk when a girl approached me. The ambience was dark and we kissed for good ten minutes. Later, I found out that the person was a she-male.”

My relative passed me a sly smile

“We were newly married, and one of the relatives from my husband’s side had invited us for dinner. I was getting bored and seizing the right opportunity, I gently squeezed my husband’s bum. Unfortunately, my husband did not feel it but his aunt noticed me doing it. Now, she passes me a sly smile whenever we meet.”

My neighbour informed my parents

“I was in college at that time, and was dating one of my classmates. Once we got intimate in my neighbourhood park, and an aunty saw us. She immediately went to my house and informed my mother about it. As expected, both of them came marching to the park and gave us a good scolding. I was not allowed to step out of my home for an entire week.”

(Images: Shutterstock)
