Shahrukh Khan's residence Mannat was heritage property in Mumbai earlier, which he bought in 2001. He renamed it in 2005 as Mannat. It was earlier named Villa Vienna. This mansion is situated in the posh area of Bandra but it is not just a house but an emblem of prosperity and status. The Mannat has been an emblem over the years and has attracted followers and fans all over the world.

Architectural grandeur: Heritage meets modernity

Shah Rukh Khan bought it in 2001, and since then, the property has been renovated multiple times to merge its colonial architecture with modern designs. The mansion boasts a white Neo-classical front complemented by a six-storeyed annex, reflecting a mix of Italian and Indian architectural features.

Luxurious interiors: A reflection of personal taste

The decor of Mannat reflects Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan's impeccable sense. Every room is carefully crafted, blending soft carpets, wooden flooring, and accent walls that bring depth and character. The mansion's design reflects a mixture of Italian, neoclassical, and Indian elements, creating a harmonious living environment.

Home theatre: A homage to cinema

Shah Rukh Khan's passion for films is reflected in the setup of his home theatre. Adorned with vintage film posters and collectibles, the theatre provides an immersive cinematic experience. Mahogany velvet walls and leather recliners add a touch of class to the viewing experience, making it an ideal place for film screenings and family functions.

Terrace with a view of the Arabian Sea

Mannat's terrace has far-reaching views of the Arabian Sea. Mannat's flexible space is employed in organising different events, ranging from small family gatherings to welcoming visitors. Shah Rukh Khan tends to pass time here, mulling over his life and engaging with fans, which makes it a crucial aspect of the mansion.

Renovation and future plans: Mannat 2.0

During the past years, Mannat has been able to revamp its buildings to upgrade its facilities without diminishing its heritage. The renovation now known as "Manner of Mannat 2.0" is being managed by an interior designer, who is also known as Gauri Khan. The refurbishments will help to improve the functions and comfort of the mansion, thus, it will be the embodiment of beauty and comfort.
Mannat is not only a house, it is a statement of the path that Shah Rukh Khan has taken, his love and the desire to work. The bungalow is a giant in the skyline of Mumbai and every part of it has some tales to tell.
