2/7

The turning point

When I saw my weight in 3 digits, I knew exactly what I wanted and it pushed me to start my weight loss journey.

3/7

Diet followed

My breakfast: I don't do breakfast as such.

My lunch: Chicken pulao/paneer pulao

My dinner: Egg parantha

Pre-workout meal: Black coffee

Post- workout meal: Whey protein Isolate and my 20g nuts

I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): Chicken biryani from my fav. restaurant + dark chocolate cake

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: Whey Protein Ice Cream, egg & cheese tortilla wrap, palak paneer pulao

4/7

Workout regime

I trained to strengthen my lower body, indulged in exercises that targeted my upper body + abs, and did full body exercises along with core workout on repeat.

5/7

Fitness secrets I unveiled

Fitness is very simple, don't complicate it!!

How do I stay motivated?: I stay consistent by showing up everyday, no matter what happens! Try following "One day at a time" and keep working on yourself. It's your body, you need to take responsibility for the same.

How do you ensure you don’t lose focus?: I avoid stressing myself over things I pity. When you value yourself, love yourself and understand your worth, you don't lose focus.

6/7

What’s the most difficult part of being overweight?

Being overweight brings a lot of lifestyle disorders and downgrades the quality of your life.

What was the lowest point for you?: There was nothing as such. Every failure was a learning experience for me which in turn helped me in progressing and achieving my goals. I am known for my resilience.

What shape do you see yourself 10 years down the line?: Absolutely fit and active.

7/7

What are the lifestyle changes you made?

Quantified nutrition is a part of my lifestyle

- I work out 5-6 days a week religiously.

- I have developed a healthy relationship with food, understanding the fact that there is no good or bad food.

- I am mindful about my eating habits too.

Lessons learnt from weight loss: There is no shortcut to fitness !

If you exercise or eat in a way just to look better, you will most likely quit. Believe in playing a long game and always look for sustainable solutions. Foundations of fitness & nutrition are in focus of internal health and mental well-being.

Aesthetics are a BYPRODUCT!!
