Workout regime

I indulged in cardio workouts such as swimming and running.

How do I stay motivated?

Looking at my progress has kept me motivated. I measure my weight regularly and seeing that I am fitter and more energetic helps me stay confident and positive.

How do you ensure you don’t lose focus?: I just look back to the time when I was chubby, I take a look at the pictures and the bigger dresses.

6/7

What’s the most difficult part of being overweight?

Being overweight gives light to many health conditions. I suffered from high BP, lethargy and it was always difficult to choose dresses that fit my body.

What was the lowest point for you?: It was when someone commented on my overweight body, and when I failed to climb stairs that I was at my lowest.

What shape do you see yourself 10 years down the line?: Already achieved normal BMI from morbidly obese BMI. So I just want to maintain this weight for life long.

7/7

What are the lifestyle changes you made?

No simple carbs, no junks, no deep fried foods and regular exercise are some of the lifestyle changes I have made.

Lessons learnt from weight loss: Hard work and dedication is the key to achieve any magical aim.
