Eat parathas and still lose weight!

One of the best parts about winters is that you can enjoy all the delicious, piping hot foods that you cannot enjoy in the summer heat. So as the air gets chilly, what better way to unwind than eat fresh, hot parathas with a cup of tea or a bowl full of curd.

Before your mouth starts watering, are you on a weight loss diet? Don’t worry, you can still enjoy some lip-smacking parathas without adding any extra kilos. Make sure you do not overeat and do not use too much oil, ghee or butter. Happy eating!
