Include mango in your diet!

The season of juicy mangoes is here! One cup of sliced mango provides nearly 70% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C. It is high in fiber, antioxidants and phytonutrients. This helps to improve iron absorption in your body, defend cells from damage, improve digestion and aid your immune system.

If you are on a weight loss diet, you can still eat this sweet-sour king of fruits. Make sure you do not consume more than one mango per day to maintain moderation. Here are some fun and refreshing recipes made out of everyone’s favorite fruit mango.
