Chia and sabja seeds (basil seeds) are two popular foods for the weight watchers. Both are extremely nutritious and are known for their amazing health benefits. They are loaded with nutrients that can help to boost immunity and promote weight loss.

Many people believe that chia and sabja seeds are the same because of their similar appearance. But when you will have a close look at them you will be able to see the difference.
