Telugu star Lavanya Tripathi tied the knot with actor Varun Tej in a gorgeous ceremony on November 1 in Italy. Lavanya looked breath-taking in a red bridal saree.
Here's a scoop into the bride's workout routine and diet that helped her look perfect for her wedding, as well as every other day!
Her week is divided into "two days for lower body workout, twice upper body workout, a HIIT/circuit day and a core day. She goes to the gym 6 days a week," Lavanya's trainer Komalfit shared with Etimes Lifestyle.
"She enjoys her lower body exercises; her least favorite is HIIT/Circuit," Komal revealed.
“She is a vegetarian, and I customize her diet high in protein and fiber," Komal shared. "I include a lot of variety in her diet so she doesn't get bored."
Lavanya makes recipes of her choice using ingredients like quinoa, broccoli, sprouts etc. in adequate quantities.
She is allowed a cheat meal once a week but it still cannot be any "food with sugar, anything deep fried or contains refined flour." Her cheat meals should also be within her maintenance calories.
"She is the one who keeps herself motivated. Workout is a part of her daily routine," the trainer explained.
"If she has a late shoot, she trains early in the morning; if she has an early shoot, she trains late evening. She always keeps room for her workout," Komal added.
