The diet plan that helped Anant Ambani lose 108 kgs!

Anant Ambani’s 108 kilo weight loss is every person’s motivation. This inspiration is not only to lose weight but rather to know the kind of transformation which can be achieved with dedication. We are all aware about the logistics of a weight loss regime: Diet, exercise, rest, water and the list can go on. But most issues can be sorted by shifting your focus to diet first and then the rest would follow. Therefore, let us decode the junior Ambani’s diet and see how you can fit it in your regime:

2/7

What was his diet?

WHAT WAS HIS DIET? As mentioned in many articles, Anant stuck to a zero-sugar, low-carb diet along with adequate proteins and fat.

3/7

Calorie controlled diet

CALORIE CONTROLLED DIET: In an interview with a leading publication, one of Anant Ambani’s trainer, Vinod Channa, spoke about how Anant consumed only 1200 - 1400 calories every day and was on a very strict diet.

4/7

Diet constituents

DIET CONSTITUENTS: Anant’s diet majorly included vegetables, sprouts, paneer, and pulses and lentils. This means that his diet was a combination of fiber, fats, proteins, and vitamins and minerals. It is important to keep nutrition in mind while aiming for a permanent weight loss.

5/7

Exercise regime

EXERCISE REGIME: Anant’s routine included a 21-km walk, yoga, weight training, functional training and high-intensity cardio exercises. He exercised for 5-6 hours everyday. Of course, this is not possible for everyone, hence, stick to an activity that you enjoy and can do for a longer period of time.

6/7

Hormonal changes

HORMONAL CHANGES: Vinod had also mentioned that since Anant went through hormonal changes, it did lead to weight gain sometimes. But this does not mean that the process is flawed, it simply means that your body is going through changes and you need to accept it and work hard towards it anyway.

7/7

No junk

NO JUNK: Anant was known to be a junk food addict which he let go when he started his weight loss journey. Another aspect Vinod pointed out was that Anant remained on a strict diet and did not have cheat meals. Becuase cheat meals can hurt your plan, avoid them at all costs.
