2) BEING STILL

Sedentary lifestyle is a big threat. Spending a lot of time sitting on your chair is very bad for you. People who are less active are more prone to developing heart disease than those who stay active.

3) FASTING FOLLOWED BY FEASTING

Prolonged fasting followed by feasting is a very unhealthy practice for your heart. People break their fast with saturated fats and unhealthy indulgences. This should be avoided at all cost.

American Heart Association has said that people should have salad and fruits before eating their main meal.

5) BRISK WALK

For better heart health, there is nothing better than 45 minutes to an hour of brisk walk.
