Lisa Haydon's breastfeeding picture is what all new moms need to see!

The model-turned actress Lisa Haydon has been making headlines ever since the birth of her son, Zack Lalvani. With her latest Instagram post where she is breastfeeding her three-month-old son, she has sent out a strong message to all the mothers.
She wrote "I've gotten loads of posts asking about life after having my son, especially to do with weight and fitness.Seeing it's World Breastfeeding Week -- time to give some credit where credit is due."
Lisa also said, "Breastfeeding has been challenging and time consuming (literally hours spent every day trying to stimulate milk supply), but it's such a beautiful way to bond and connect with your child."
She further adds that breastfeeding helps your child to get all the nutritional benefits and has played a big role in helping her get back into shape.
