​Breast cancer is a silent killer​

Risk factors include age, family history, hormonal factors, and lifestyle choices such as alcohol consumption and smoking. Symptoms may include a lump in the breast, changes in breast size or shape, nipple discharge, or skin changes. Early detection through regular mammograms and self-breast exams is crucial for improving survival rates. Additionally, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, limiting alcohol intake, and avoiding tobacco can reduce the risk of developing breast cancer.

​Osteoporosis affects women the most​



Osteoporosis is a condition characterized by weakened bones, making them more susceptible to fractures.
