Precautions to take during the pandemicThe World Health Organisation has issued the following basic precautions that everyone should follow during this time to prevent any further spread of the pandemic.
· Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and do this often throughout the course of the day
· Cough or sneeze into the fold of your elbow or a tissue instead into your fist
· Avoid touching your face, mouth or eyes as much as you can
· Avoid close contact with anyone who is ill
· Practice strict social distancing and stay indoors as often as you can
· Visit the doctor if you start any of the symptoms which include fever, dry cough and breathlessness.
