Here are few interesting facts on penis exercise, Jelqing

Either less is known about this or people do not talk about this, but jelqing is a legit exercise, exclusively for men.

It is a penis stretching exercise in which the penis is massaged. The exercise is inspired from social media by a few people who might have borrowed this idea from the gym because people tear their muscles in order to make them grow.

How does Jelqing work?

As per reports, in jelqing the semi-erect penis is massaged. This creates small tears in the muscles of the penis. As the muscles heal, they grow thicker, longer and stronger.

3/6

How do you do it?

As per reports, form an 'O' shape with your index finger and thumb. Now slide the O shaped fingers to the base of the penis. Now shrink the O till you feel mild pressure on the penis base. Now slide the grip to the tip of the penis very slowly. Release the grip if you feel pain.

4/6

Is it safe?

While it may excite many, medical validation on this practice is limited.

Reports say the practice of jelqing dates back to several centuries but there is a narrow audience and interest around this.

5/6

What are the side effects?

Not doing it properly can damage the muscles and blood vessels.

Few potential side effects of jelqing are: bruises on the penis, sore penile shaft, unexplainable pain, skin irritation, development of scar tissue and erectile dysfunction.

6/6

What should you do?

Stop doing it if you don't find it comforting. Visit a doctor if a pain associated with the exercise persists longer.

If you are doing this exercise, consult a doctor first.

Many health reports suggest not to exercise more than 2-3 times a day.
