World's tiniest woman doing yoga is so inspiring!

Yoga plays such a vital role in improving your life. From destressing your mind, centering your chakras to building the body of your dreams, yoga heals you holistically. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, people from all around the world gathered in huge numbers to celebrate the yogic way of life and the wonderful benefits of this exercise.

Jyoti Ambe, the world's tiniest woman, joined in the celebrations in Nagpur, where she got together with instructors and children to perform yoga recently. Standing proud at just over two-feet, Jyoti, 25, holds the Guinness World Book of Records for the shortest living woman in the world. She is also an avid yogi, practicing yoga since quite a while and is seen regularly at yoga events.

Pictures and videos from the event surfaced online. Jyoti can be seen sitting on yoga practitioner Dhanashree Lekurwale's lap, performing asanas as her instructor makes her do it. This is quite an inspiration. See for yourself:
