Exercises are an integral part of life

There is an array of workouts that you can do, however there must be some regimes that you would prefer not to be a part of. It is believed that there are some exercises that you would hate to do according to your zodiac sign.


“If you truly dislike a certain type of exercise, blame your sign’s modality," ​Astrologer Stina Garbis told Bustle. The signs are divided on the basis of their modalities into three categories, cardinal, fixed and mutable. The cardinal signs enjoy fast paced activities, the fixed signs would prefer to stay at home and mutable signs are the mixture of both.

A cardinal sign based on modalities, Aries have a hard time to stay still and sit down for a longer period of time, hence the exercise that least interests them is Yoga. They prefer activities that are fast paced like, running or cycling.

​Taurus

This is a fixed sign, they can't stand the idea of going out for a run or in general going out for doing some exercises. These signs prefer to stay at home, therefore can manage to do Yoga and some stretching.

These signs are naturally fun lovers and would never prefer to exercise in closed boundaries or doing workouts alone. They would love to have company while gyming. They prefer to go out and add the element of fun into the regime.

They are afraid of boredom at any point of their lives. Any routine that is repetitive or mundane like high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training scares them away. They would prefer a regime that has the element of variety and excitement, any day of the week.

They are mutable signs, this results in them finding weight lifting less appealing in all the ways. They would always prefer the exercise or routines that are slow and of a low impact.
