She is highly against the temporary fancy diets and workouts that take a toll on human bodies. She says, "Proper knowledge and guidance is very essential. Only because some xyz influencer is following a regime doesn't mean that's the ideal one. When it comes to health, every human body is different and the diets are subjective to people. I genuinely get annoyed seeing people run behind the fades of diets and workouts. I urge people to consult a professional before getting into the wrong trends."

She is also someone who has always been vocal about mental health awareness. She tells that along with the physical aspect of health, the mental aspect shouldn't be ignored. "Mental health is as important as Physical health. So much has happened in this year and everyone is battling with something or the other mentally. I feel talking to a psychologist when required is important. Apart, expressing and communicating is required."
