There's no denying that Rashmika Mandanna is one of the fittest actresses in the South film industry. The Pushpa actress who was recently declared the "National Crush of India" in 2020 is not only known for her acting skills, but is a huge fitspiration for all the youngsters. From weight lifting like a pro to mailing intense cardio workouts, the 26-year-old can really raise the bar!

In a recent Instagram video shared by her personal trainer Karan Sawhney, Rashmika is seen doing an intense workout that involves front and back spot running in a circle.


Dressed in a yellow tight shorts, a grey tank top with a black innerwear underneath and tied up high ponytail, the actress was all set to kill it! And she did. She along with her trainer were spot on with the workout and couldn't stop panting after the intense session.


"Rashmika Mandanna and I generating electricity ⚡️Do you talk to yourself while pushing harder in a training session?" wrote trainer Sawhney. He went on to viewers to share their workout experiences and added, "Let us know in the comments section.Witty ones for win��."

Benefits of doing spot running

Spot running or jogging is a type of aerobic exercise that targets your quadriceps, calves, and glutes and involves constant movement, leading to muscle contraction and stimulation, which in turn strengthens the muscles, improves stability and enhances flexibility in the body. Not to forget it burns a lot of calories, which is great for those looking to lose weight. It also works wonders for your cardiovascular health.


However, it is also important to note the dangers that come along with such intense workout. It could lead to joint pain, heighted muscle stress exertion, fatigue and more, which is why you must be cautious. Here are some things to keep in mind.


- Do not go all in at once, rather build on the routine slowly.

- Do not push yourself and go beyond your body's capacity.

- Start with easy warm up exercises before rushing into the workout.

- Pay attention to what you wear and the shoes you have on. Comfort can play an important role in your workout routine.

How else does Rashmika stay fit and in shape?

Apart from intense workout routines, Rashmika is also into weight and strength training and bodyweight exercises. From barbell deadlifts, dumbbell workouts to leg raises, squat variations to push ups, there is no exercise she cannot do.


Additionally, diet plays an integral part in keeping her healthy and fit. Media reports suggest that she drinks apple cider vinegar every morning and eats healthy and nutritious foods and fruits. She steers clear of processed and fast foods and makes sure to keep hydrated.


Talking about her cheat meals, she took to her social media and revealed that she eats chocolate cake or ice cream. Posting a picture of herself holding a bowl full of healthy foods and fruits, she wrote, "My healthy but satisfying meal is a healthy pancake...And my cheat meal is a chocolate cake or an ice cream.. what are yours?"
