Time to seek some inspiration!

Our own Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is an avid yogi. If you have wondered what goes into his disciplined regime, a lot of the credit goes to his love for yoga. Despite having a busy schedule, he always makes time for yoga. Just recently, he talked about the many benefits of 'shalabhasana', a beneficial yoga asana. Taking to Twitter, he wrote,

"Stronger wrists, back muscles, and prevention of spondylitis...just some of the reasons why practicing Shalabhasana is beneficial".
