My fitness regime
I love the gym and I love working out, so I gym five days a week. I do not follow one fitness plan — it always keeps on changing. On Mondays, I do kick-boxing, Tuesdays, weight training and on Wednesdays and Fridays, I dance and do cardio. I believe it is important for the body to get adequate rest, hence I make sure that I take two days off. My weight training is extremely light as I like a well-mantained curvaceous body with no sharp cuts. Everyday 15 minutes of cardio is a must because it helps burn calories faster.
My diet regime
I would not call myself a foodie but with the work schedules we have, we tend to take in more calories than required. I do have a sweet tooth, hence that is something I watch out for. Other than that I don’t follow any specific diet. I make sure that I don’t eat anything after 8 pm as the body metabolism goes slower post that time and whatever we eat has a higher tendency of turning into fat. I try to wrap up dinner by 7 or 8 pm and sleep by 11pm.
My weakness
I have a weak wrist — I cannot life heavy stuff and also extensive training hurts hence I cannot do too many pushups but I manage to balance it out with some other form of excercise.
My strengths
My back. A rigorous workout helps me carry heavy weights on my back and shoulders.
