Till date, I���ve never taken any membership forany gym. But I dance a lot. I also do yoga which involves suryanamaskars andmeditation. I���m a person who���s always active, doing something or theother. I can���t sit in one place. I am an extremely hyperactive person. Iput on music, and just go on dancing in my house. Everyday I dance for two hoursin my dancing class. I do any type of dancing. I also conduct dancing classesfor my building kids just for fun. I believe that size zero is not something oneshould look forward to achieve. One needs to enjoy life, be excited about lifeand put one���s energy into everything you do to stay physically fit.That���s my fitness mantra.
I eat a lot and I eat everything under the sun. Ieat butter parathas, rice, drink juices, etc. I have three heavy meals in a dayand sometimes I even have four to five meals in a day. If I go to my hometownDelhi I put on a little weight like may be a kilo after gorging on the deliciousfood there, but then I dance to stay in shape. I love gulab jamuns and evenspicy foods. I don���t eat any fruits but I drink a lot of fruit juices. Iparty everyday and I burn the calories by dancing.
I���m never unhappy. I���m basically a happy person.But yes, I do get into those bad moods once in a while and retail therapy orshopping helps me to come out of it. My friends also know that they have tospend money to make me happy while taking me out for shopping when I���m ina bad mood and they also know that they can���t make me happy by giving mejust flowers.
Every alternate day, I love to go for a bodymassage, it could be a head massage, back massage or it could even bereflexology. I���m a very active person and so I am stressed about a lot ofthings and hence these massages help me a lot to destress.
