This one healthy habit of Akshay Kumar can be a solution to several health issues
Akshay Kumar's name is synonymous with fitness, activeness, fun, humor and speaking facts, of course. If you have seen any of his interviews, you must have heard him speaking about his lifestyle habits which leaves everyone surprised.
The 57 year old actor has always spoken about waking up early. Even his co-stars have also spoken about this amazing habit of the Bhool Bhulaiyaa actor.
Recently, at an event Ajay Devgn jokingly called Akshay a doodhwala, referring to his habit of waking up early.
“Woh subha 4 baje uthate hain, yeh toh aapko pata hi hoga. (You would know that he gets up at 4 in the morning). Aap logo ko pata hai pehle woh doodhwala thaa. (Do you know he was a milkman before). You can ask him next time,” Ajay told about his Singham co-star Akshay.
Akshay starts his day at 4am in the morning and follows a rigorous fitness routine which mostly comprises running and jogging and doing physical activities without gym machine.
Waking up at 4 AM is a blessing that boasts numerous benefits and contributes to improved productivity, mental well-being, and overall health. The early hours of the morning are also peaceful, providing a quiet environment that is distraction-free, with which anyone can be assured to work uninterruptedly on focused efforts over work, study, or personal development, thus resulting in higher efficiency and quality output.
One of the main benefits is a head start at the day. Waking up earlier will allow you to plan and prepare for the day ahead without the rush or stress that normally characterizes mornings as most wake up later in the day. The mind is also fresher with creativity and concentration during these periods after a night's sleep.
Early risers often experience improved physical health. Many use this time to exercise, which increases energy levels and helps in maintaining a healthy body weight. Additionally, the quiet morning hours contribute to better mental health, as individuals are less likely to feel overwhelmed by the demands of the day.
This routine helps in fostering a disciplined lifestyle. People who wake up at 4 AM often have consistent bedtimes, ensuring they get enough rest. It cultivates habits of time management, self-control, and focus, ultimately leading to personal and professional growth.
