Abhay Deol, Bollywood's 'good bad guy' is known for his lean body and sex appeal. Always popular for his not-so-conventional roles, Abhay Deol has recently joined the six pack abs actors' band wagon.
In his latest film, Zindagi Na Mile Dobara, he sports a toned, hard and lean physique. Many think that Deol is bringing chest hair and lean bodies back in vogue. Today, we're taking a look at how Abhay Deol stays fit, and how he manages to look hot all the time...
Abhay rejoices outdoor activities: Given a choice between the gym and outdoor activities, Abhay prefers outdoor activities.

He says: “I love the outdoors and I am always travelling when I am not working. Also I take off to places when I can, and I love this type of adventure”. His latest stint in ZNMD reveals a lot about his adventurous abilities, where he had to jump from an aircraft from a height of over 12,000 feet and he managed that daring scene beautifully.
Sister bonding and working out: Abhay Deol has no fixed time for workouts. He manages exercise as and when his shooting schedule allows it. Infact, the latest buzz is that Abhay and Esha Deol have started working out together and both share their diet plans too.
Abhay's fitness approach is different: Similar to his film roles, Abhay Deol doesn't believe in pumping muscles and dreaming of bulging biceps day in and out. He says: "I think this trend of body-building is insane. It is good to be fit but when that becomes an obsession it is time for self introspection."
Abhay's diet mantra: He loves including a lot of green coloured vegetables in his diet. Even when he is shooting he makes it a point to eat healthy food. He carries knick-knacks like raisins, a piece of fruit, almonds and walnuts wherever he goes.
