Princess Diana was accustomed to a very busy schedule

While the life of the Royal Princess may have seemed dazzling and full of glam, on the contrary, it was actually very busy and bustling. Reportedly, Diana's entire day was packed with multiple appointments and appearances, that gave her no time to tend to her own self. As per a royal staffer, he was 'terrified' when he first saw Diana's book of engagements. This in itself speaks volumes about how the late Princess shuffled her time between her personal and public life.

She was an early riser

Considering Diana's life was extremely crammed with different events and public appearances, she had no choice but to rise early in the morning. Her personal butler, Harold Brown, woke her up everyday at 7:30 a.m. Many of her letters give us an insight into her struggles with sleeping, which is quite evident, given her busy schedule.

Her breakfast consisted of a can of beans and a pink grapefruit with orange juice
